Milling Processes and Capabilities:
Our state-of –the-art CNC milling machines minimize setup costs and accelerating machining. We offer services such as milling, drilling, pocketing, profiling, and facing. Working with materials like low alloy steel, carbon steels, aluminum, and stainless steel, our CNC milling machines deliver extreme accuracy, holding tolerances as close as .0001”. Our products’ size ranges from ½” diameter to 13” diameter with lengths up to 16”.
Turning Processes and Capabilities:
Our live tooling w/sub-spindle turning processes fall into four distinct types: straight turning, taper turning, profile turning, or external grooving. These methods enable the production of diverse material shapes, including straight, conical, curved, or grooved workpieces. Utilizing turning for tight tolerance and cylindrical products, Brelie Gear achieves finishes ranging from 63 to 16 micro-inch finish. Product sizes vary from ½” to 13” in diameter, with lengths extending up to 16”. This versatile process enables Brelie Gear to conduct high-precision machining of intricate parts or leverage high-torque power for heavy-duty cutting applications.
